Victorian 18K Gold Pave Set Turquoise and Diamond Pendant Necklace

A stunning masterpiece of  19th Century Victorian design! This authentic antique pendant dates from the mid 1800s most likely circa 1860-70 with some later additions. Crafted of 18k yellow gold and silver and set with beautiful bombe pave set turquoise cabochons surrounding a central silver star setting around a small white diamond. Suspended from this is nine articulated flexible gold tassels (one has been repaired and is no longer mobile). This entire piece is suspended from a later but matching 18k gold setting with a single turquoise cabochon with 14k yellow gold twisted bale.

Condition: In good antique condition. Large dent to reverse as seen in photo - does not affect wearability or integrity of the piece. One tassel has been repaired and is no longer articulated. Bale and upper section most likely later addition. Turquoise are not set in gold and interior fittings are unknown.  Minor wear to some turquoise.
