Mid-Century Modern Irish Connemara Marble 925 Silver Bracelet circa 1959
Connemara marble is one of the rarest marbles in the world. Known as the "Irish gemstone" it has been mined in the County Galway since the early 19th Century. A beautiful varied green in color, reflecting the Irish landscape. This beautiful example takes this uniquely Irish material and marries to the mid-century modern style. Fully hallmarked for production in Dublin in 1959 it features alternating square and rectangular flexible links (all marked) set in marked 925 silver.
