This lovely antique brooch dates from the early 20th century - circa 1910- and is made in the Arts and Crafts style. Nature elements were common themes in Arts and Crafts jewelry and this is reflected in the lovely oak leaf and acorn motif. Historically oak trees and acorns represent that great strength and power can be achieved through patience and faith. Beautifully detailed and crafted in pewter.
